Shipping Policy

Please be aware that due to COVID19, delays may occur during dispatching and shipping.

Thank you for your patience. 

Wigglepups aims to dispatch all orders within 3 -5  working days.

Delays may be applicable, including but not limited to, weather, public holidays, customs delays, or stock/supplier delays.

 If an order is delayed due to stock/supplier issues we will contact the customer and offer a full refund, including shipping charges. This will be processed following our refund policy. 

All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail

Our courier aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days and will make one delivery attempt before leaving a calling card.

It is then the customer's responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection, further details can be found here.

Please note:

If you arrange with the Royal mail for a delivery to be left in a "nominated safe place", WigglePups does not accept any liability for lost or damaged items.

Full tracking information is not available but the barcode can show if the order has been delivered.
