To return a product please fill out the below form to start the process.
Please state in the "reasons for return box" if you require a replacement item or you wish for a refund credit.
Making the return
If you have not already done so please fill out the above form.
Just to confirm, you have 14 days to return the order.
Return Policy / Conditions

Please ensure the item has not been worn and is in the original condition.

The item must be free from pet hair and unwashed.

The item will be returned undamaged unless you are returning it as faulty. Please return the item in the original packaging, and enclose the packing slip.

If you do not have the packing slip, please make a note of the order number and place this inside along with your contact details.

If the item is faulty we will send you a return postage label for free return shipping.

The original postage fees will not be refunded
Please note that we inspect the returned item to make sure it complies with our returns policy, and will quickly let you know if the refund has been approved or if it has been rejected and for what reasons.
If approved we will move quickly to send the replacement item as soon as the original has been received, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds
If a refund credit is required, the funds will be back into your account within 10 working days, using the original method of payment.
Exchanges
WigglePups does not offer an exchange service.

If you discover you have ordered the wrong size and need a replacement, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Personalized items
You have 14 days to return an item however personalized items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold, and are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
Faulty items will only be replaced once returned.
Return postage costs to be paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.
(we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns)
What is a faulty product?
The Consumer Rights Act means any products you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
All products must meet the following standards:
Satisfactory quality Goods:
Shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them.
You should ask yourself what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory for the goods in question. For example, bargain-bucket products won't be held to as high standards as luxury goods
Fit for purpose:
The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for.
As described:
The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.
