What is your return policy?

If you receive an order and you discover that an item is faulty,  please visit the returns page


Just to confirm, you have 14 days to return the order.


Return Policy  / Conditions 

  • Please ensure the item has not been worn and is in the original condition.

  • The item must be free from pet hair and unwashed.

  • The item will be returned undamaged unless you are returning it as faulty. Please return the item in the original packaging, and enclose the packing slip.

  • If you do not have the packing slip, please make a note of the order number and place this inside along with your contact details.

  • If the item is faulty  we will send you a return postage label for free return shipping.

  • The original postage fees will not be refunded

Please note that we  inspect the returned item to make sure it complies with our returns policy.

We will quickly let you know if the refund has been approved or if it has been rejected and for what reasons.


If approved we will move quickly to send the replacement item as soon as the original has been received, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Refunds Policy

If a refund credit is required, the funds will be back into your account within 10 working days, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Information

All UK orders will be shipped via the Royal Mail..

Standard shipping – Royal mail 48 as we feel that they are still one of the most reliable services a business can offer to its customers.

This is a 2-3 day service and the postie will make 1 delivery attempt before leaving a “Something for you card”.


It will then be up to you to make contact with the Royal mail to rearrange deliver or pick it up yourself. Click here for details

Please note:

If you arrange with the Royal mail for a delivery to be left in a "nominated safe place", WigglePups does not accept any liability for lost or damaged items.

Delivery delays

Please be aware that due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, delivery delays may occur between the dispatch date and shipping, particularly if the courier service is badly effected.

 If an order is delayed due to stock/supplier issues we will contact the customer and offer a full refund, including shipping charges.

This will be processed following our refund policy.

Harness Design information

Harness fabric

All our harnesses are created with a fun fashionable outer layer, and the inner Neoprene layer gives extra comfort and warmth but is also waterproof to keep your dog dry.


Harness hardware

Our harness design makes it easy to fit and to take off with 2 quick release clips.

The fully adjustable straps give enough room for a comfortable fit.

Unlike the heavy, thick webbing on some harnesses, our webbing straps are thin and soft for extra doggy comfort.Yet strong and lightweight to reduce stress.

The webbing colours are selected to match in with the design style.

The Strong Metal “D” ring for the lead attachment, is securely sewed in for strength, and placed so no pressure is on the neck if your dog pulls on the lead.

Made with love and care

All our harnesses are handmade by “WigglePups” in our home studio workshop (UK).

Please remember that as each harness is individually made, there may be some variations in colour and design.

What are the payment options?

Ways to pay

We are currently accepting credit / debit cards and also Pay Pal from customers with an existing Papal account.

Can I get an exchange


We do not offer an exchange service.

  • If you discover you have ordered the wrong size and need a replacement, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Please note that you are responsible for all return costs, unless returning faulty items.
